COUNT is comprised of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Maryland (MCA), other Union contractors and the members of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 486, Baltimore, Maryland. These organizations are bound together by a Pledge of Trust which assures labor-management harmony, the absence of jurisdictional disputes and work stoppages and the highest skills within the crafts. |

| COUNT Plumbers, Steamfitters and HVAC Service Technicians are highly trained, a process that begins with a five-year, 10,000-hour Apprenticeship and continues with rigorous continuing education and certification activities. |
